Enquiries may be made by e-mail, enquiry form, telephone or writing. If there is an available date for a ride, then simply complete the online booking form followed by a 50% deposit.
Once confirmed in writing and/or the online booking form and payment/deposit is received by Albion Cycles, an information email/leaflet will be forwarded to you. At this point we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance both for your own safety/benefit and to provide cover in case you need to cancel your ride.
The balance of your booking is due 4 weeks before the start, we will email to remind you.
All cancellations by email or in writing. Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the event start date will result in loss of deposit. Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event start date will result in loss of the full amount.
This is very unlikely. However sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If this were to occur you could choose either to receive an immediate full refund or arrange an alternative mutually acceptable date.
